We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Prohibited Use

Orders and Payments

  • Changes to orders are not allowed once an order is placed and confirmed
  • All returns will be in the form of store credit(s) with a validity of 3 months.
  • All items purchased during sale, promotions and with a promo code will not be eligible for return, exchange or refund
  • All prices are quoted in SGD. We reserve the right to modify the prices at any time.
  • All payments for online purchases have to be made through [our website]
  • Payments shall not be deemed to be made until the full amount of funds have cleared.
  • Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Local Shipping / Delivery

  • We are unable to split shipping. Should you wish to split shipping, please place individual orders.
  • We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 working days (Mon – Sat) upon order confirmation. However, please expect delays in processing of orders during peak and sale periods. 
  • Parcel delivery is from Mon – Sat and will usually take [1 – 3] working days after the order has been shipped. 
  • Once your order is shipped out, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided in your order and your items will be under the responsibility of our third-party courier service providers. Any claim will have to be made with our third-party courier service providers. We will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
  • Should you not receive your parcel after 7 working days, please reach out to us.

Undelivered Parcels

  • Please ensure you have made arrangements to receive the parcel should you not be at home during the time the parcel is delivered.
  • Any additional cost required for re-delivery of such parcels will be borne by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to deny any request to combine shipping of such undelivered parcels with any new orders.
  • Any unclaimed undelivered parcels after a 2-month grace period will be disposed without any refund.

Exchange and Return Policy

  • Please refer to our Exchange and Returns Policy.
  • All Exchange and Returns requests have to be verified by our team before the items are returned to us. If we receive an item that does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to reject the exchange / return and will not be able to provide a refund.

Discounts

  • Discounts are only valid if the promo codes are entered before checkout. We will not be able to apply the promo codes after the order is placed.
  • All promo codes which are used cannot be reinstated if orders are cancelled.
  • Only one promo code can be utilised per order

Entire Agreement

  • The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
  • Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
