We know shopping online isn’t quite the same as feeling our pyjamas in person — so we want to make things easy for you.
If something doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
Items Eligible for Returns & Exchanges
- Items purchased directly from our website.
- Please include any free gifts that came with your purchase if returning for a full refund.
- Returns should reach us within 30 days from the date your order was received.
Return Process
- Email us within 7 calendar days of receiving the items at hello@mamapyjama.com
- Wait for our team to confirm that your item(s) is eligible for return.
- Send the items via a trackable mode of delivery such as registered mail or courier. Items to be received within 30 calendar days of the date your order was received.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will review your item(s) and inform you if the refund is successful.
- Customers are responsible for all delivery costs related to Returns and Exchanges.
Refunds are issued for the product amount only. Delivery fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges will be processed as a Return.
- Exchanges must meet the same eligibility criteria as Returns.
- Customers are responsible for delivery costs related to Exchanges.
- Follow the same steps as Return Process.
Who pays for the delivery cost to return / exchange?
- Cost of delivery for return/exchange item(s) will be borne by customer
- To ensure the item(s) reach us safely, we strongly recommend you to use a reliable courier company.
- We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Defective / Wrong Item(s)
- We are so sorry for this!
- Email us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order at hello@mamapyjama.com
with the following information: Order number, Name of defective / wrong item(s) and Proof of the defective / wrong item(s)
- Upon verification of the defects and confirmation from our team, a courier will be arranged to pick up the defective / wrong item(s) at your convenience.
- Do make sure your items have met the eligibility criteria and has been verified by our team before returning it to us. If you return an item that is not eligible, we reserve the right to decline the return / exchange and will not be able to provide the refund.
A Few Notes
Small differences like slight color variations, print placements, or minor marks from the manufacturing process are normal and not considered defects.
